Success in school / college has nothing to do with success in life

The majority of us (assuming only) schools with the purpose of "money", which means the school / college and then graduated got a degree and find a better job for a more expensive fee. School / college just makes sure you get a better "degree" and "job opportunity". This means that if your school / college with any good grades does not guarantee you get a better job / salary than those who are mediocre, of course with a higher value / GPA makes it easier for you to find a job or pass the job interview selection, but the role of school just that far in your career, the rest depends on you how you run the job and increase your value as an employee. Essentially, the school only ensures you get a better job opportunity, I say "opportunity" because in reality not all scholars can get a job that suits their diploma. We imagine the following illustration:

In Indonesia the number of scholars from year to year continues to increase, while we know entrepreneurs in Indonesia is still very minimal. With modest jobs and undergraduate growth each year, it can be assured that there will be a lot of underemployment and more high school unemployment. Companies can find undergraduate degrees easily while those with undergraduate have a modest option. Later maybe a diploma S1 will be considered as a high school diploma, what is the meaning of diploma S1 if everyone has a diploma S1 ..?

Competition will also make us more difficult to succeed because our basic compete with "all the people who school / college" and there are already millions of people who have the same science, so think how to improve your skills / value or be unique from others .
