HOW TO MAKE PLIEK SAUCE (KUAH PLIEK) IN LANGUAGE ACHENESE

Materials used
1 handful of cassava leaves in small pieces
1 handful of melinjo leaves & melinjo fruit
2 liters of coconut milk (not thick and not watered)
1 stalk kecombrang (in chopped fine)
10 pieces of orange leaf (finely chopped)
3 stalks lemongrass (finely chopped)
20 green chilli (in small pieces2)
2 temurui leaf stems
1 bamboo shoots
1 handheld rimbang
1 piece of squash
Tiny bunch of long beans
1 handful of small shrimp

Ground spices :
1/4 plik in hot water soak then in puree
5 cloves of red onion
4 cloves under white
1 segment of ginger finger
1 segment of turmeric finger
1/8 young jackfruit (boiled first)
1 tablespoon of cumin
2 tablespoons coconut gongseng
1 tablespoon coriander
10 chili pepper
to taste salt
1 handful of papaya flowers (boiled first)
1 handful of peanut (boiled first)
1 eggplant

Techniques make it
Prepare all the ingredients cut and washed clean (green chili, lemongrass, lime leaves), clean shrimp. Young jackfruit and fruits that have been boiled first with papaya & peanut flowers, small beans cut into small pieces, kecombrang in chopped. Rimbang fruit, Rebung, Cassava leaves and leaves melinjo, Pumpkin and eggplant, Plik soaked in hot water then in the puree with a blender and filtered in the insert into coconut milk.
