Puding Tape
Bahan :
250 gr tape ketan hitam
700 cc santan
200 gr gula pasir
2 bungkus agar-agar warna putih
5 putih telur
50 gr gula pasir
Cara membuat :
Campur tape, santan, gula, dan agar-agar, rebus sambil diaduk hingga mendidih.
Kocok putih telur dan gula hingga kaku, tuangi agar-agar panas sedikit demi sedikit sambil diaduk hingga tercampur rata.
Tempatkan dalam cetakan, biarkan dingin.
