Butter Chicken : As creamy as it gets
Hi there, hows everyone ? Any tips for keeping a routine of posting everyday? I have tried but can't keep such a routine yet. Anyways, I post whenever ilI get time and I guess it's fine that way.
Here is something that I love in chicken mainly because of it being less spicy and more creamy. Boneless Chicken cooked in butter, very less spices and green bell pepper. Topped with ginger and dania which makes the chicken gravy taste double delicious.
Do you have this in your part of the world? How would you rate it anyway ?

It really is a wonderful recipe and you guys need to have it there. Try visiting a Pakistani or Indian restaurant near you, you will most probably find it there

yeah there are hundreds of thousands of Asians living everywhere in the US and I hope you will find one such restaurant
We used to love going to an India restaurant in Ohio, they had a wonderful curry chicken dish but I haven't had anything similar for years. But I'll eventually find one here.
yeah the chicken curry or the biryani ( rice with meat ) is more of a specialty
Well we were always very impressed. The flavor of the curry was wonderful and I don't know how they prepared the chicken but it was always so tender that it almost melted in your mouth, it was excellent!
Ingredients matter, specially in Indian foods, they have so many Ingredients that add extra flavor to the food. Do try Indian or Pakistani foods and am sure you will love it
