STEAK SOSIS
Bahan:
4 buah sosis bratwurst
1 sdt merica hitam, tumbuk kasar
2 sdm margarin
Saus merica
2 sdm minyak untuk menumis
1 butir bawang bombay, iris tipis
2 butir tomat rebus, kupas, buang bijinya, cincang
1 sdt oregano
1 sdm pasta tomat
1 sdt garam
11/2 sdt gula pasir
200 ml air
1 sdt merica hitam tumbuk
Pelengkap
Kentang goreng
Mixed vegetables, tumis sebentar
Cara Membuat:
• Kerat-kerat sosis, lalu taburi merica hitam. Sisihkan. Panaskan margarin sampai berasap. Masukkan sosis, masak sampai matang. Sisihkan.
• Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang bombay sampai layu. Masukkan tomat cincang, oregano, pasta tomat, garam, gula pasir, dan air. Masak sambil aduk sampai mendidih dan kental. Angkat.
• Siramkan ke atas sosis, lalu taburkan merica hitam di atasnya. Sajikan bersama pelengkap.
