Puding lumut coklat
Dari daun pandan asli
Bahan lumut :
200 air + 8lbr daun pandan di juice
1.5 bks kara kcl
1 agar2 plain
Air 450 ml
Gula 6 sdm
Telor 1
Garam secukupnya
Semua bahan d campur aduk2 dengan api sedang
Apabila sdh mendidih kecil kan api sampe plg kcl
Biarkan sampe membentuk lumut sendiri
Cetak biarkan sampe setengah set.
Bahan Coklat:
1 agar2 plain
450 ml uht indomilk coklat
200 air
Coklat bubuk 1sdm
Gula 5.5 sdm
Campur semua bahan masak hingga mendidih
Tuang ke atas adonan lumut
