Tulang iga sapi
Bahan:
500 gram iga sapi, potong-potong
5 Sendok makan Kecap Manis Bango
20 buah cabai rawit merah utuh
4 cm lengkuas, memarkan
1 buah tomat, potong dadu
1 Litet air
5 Sendok makan minyak, untuk menumis.
Bumbu, haluskan:
10 buah cabai merah keriting
6 siung bawang putih
3 butir bawang merah
2 cm jahe
1 cm kunyit
1 ½ sdt garam
1 sdt merica putih bubuk.
Cara Memasak:
Di dalam wadah, aduk rata iga sapi dan kecap. Diamkan selama 30 menitDi dalam wajan, panaskan minyak di atas api sedang. Tumis bumbu halus dan lengkuas hingga matang.Masukkan iga sapi, tumis hingga tidak berair. Tuangkan air, masak hingga iga empuk dan air berkurang setengahnya.Masukkan tomat dan cabai rawit. Masak sebentar. Angkat.Sajikan segera ditemani nasi putih.
