Being a leader is not just by telling others to do something, but a leader is the person who is responsible for all his actions and is responsible for the people he leads.
Men, once born, at that time leadership was his.
But not the leader of a position, but the nature.
Men who have leadership qualities are indirectly considered leaders.
Be it in a small environment, or in a large environment.
A man who has leadership qualities, will have an aura that attracts the sympathy of the people around him.
They already considered as leaders even though the man did not realize it.
A leader will not run away from responsibility and is ready to accept risk, accept blasphemy and not blame the situation and circumstances.
A man who has the character of a leader, will not run away from what he does, and is ready to accept all risks.
A leader in taking action, prioritizing something that can be copied, rather than speech.
Actions like this are real values that cannot be compared to a million words.
