I am still a student, very lazy, extremely lazy. Wake up very late even to lunch time. Because I wake up late so often I often skip breakfast, because lazy to rest, just sleep only does not consume energy and then into a habit.
and then my body is always tired, not agile and memory loss,

    This may be needed for somebody but not for me, because I'm too skinny and want to gain weight. If kept forever it is too hard haha lol
