My son, Phil and I, should never talk food!! Much to his brothers' and sister's chagrin (they are foodies, too) we can literally speak for hours about it!!! Last evening it was about Gnudi and all the variations of this deliciousness of the gods! Well, I was thinking about it all day. Guess what's for dinner??? Spinach Gnudi with Fresh Pomodoro Fra Diaviolo with Basil!
