Tahukah anda,, alat penghancur beras ini sudah muncul sebelum zaman penjajahan belanda, alat tradisional kuno ini sangatlah langka di dapatkan, hanya sebagian dari orang aceh yang masih menyimpan dan mempergunakan ini.
Why are these things still there?

This rice shredder is called jingki, many people aceh still use jingki as a tool manual to destroy rice, rice and others.
According to the confessions of some cake makers, they say some of the cakes they make such as the flour birds' cage must be crushed to make the flour so smooth and the cake is very tender.

Kenapa benda semacam ini masih ada?
Tidak heran jika kita melihat alat penghancur beras ini masih tersebar di aceh,
Alat penghancur beras ini dinamakan dengan jingki, banyak orang aceh yang masih menggunakan jingki sebagai alat manual untuk menghancurkan beras,padi dan lain lain.
Menurut pengakuan dari beberapa pembuat kue, mereka mengatakan sebagian dari kue yang mereka buat seperti keukarah/sangkar burung bahan tepungnya harus dihancurkan pake jingki supaya tepungnya bisa sangat halus dan kuenya pun sangat lembut,
Well,,! Apart from utilizing the softness of the cake ,, with this jingki also we can feel the body fitness, body health, because the sweat is very much out,
Apart from that the use of this jingki also can economize the community economy.

Nah,,! Selain dari memanfaatkan kelembutan kue,, dengan jingki ini pula kita dapat merasakan kebugaran tubuh, kesehatan raga, karena keringat yang sangat banyak sekali keluar,
Selain dari itu pemakaian jingki ini pula dapat mengiritkan ekonomi masyarakat.
My own personal experience ,,, I often help the parents to destroy the rice by using this jingki, I feel fit, because a lot of sweat out, and from the destruction of rice it does not need to cost, because jingki even have my own parents.

Pengalaman pribadi saya sendiri,,, saya sering membantu orang tua untuk menghancurkan beras dengan menggunakan jingki ini, saya merasa bugar, karena keringat yang banyak sekali keluar, dan dari penghancuran beras itu pun tidak perlu mengeluarkan biaya, dikarenakan jingki itupun punya orang tua saya sendiri.
