         ပ်ားလိေမၼာ္လို႔ လူသိမ်ားတဲ့ လိေမၼာ္သိအခြန္ပါးပါး စိမ္းစိမ္းေလးဟာ စားလိုက္ရင္ ခ်ိဳစိမ့္ေလးျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္တစ္ကမ႓ာလံုး လူႀကိဳက္မ်ားတဲ့ အရည္ရႊမ္းအသီးတစ္မ်ိဳးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

   ႐ိုး႐ိုးလိေမၼာ္သီးလို အခြန္ထူျခင္း၊ တစ္ခါတရံ အရည္ေျခာက္ခန္းျခင္းနဲ႔ ခ်ဥ္တဲ့အရသာ လံုး၀မပါတဲ့အတြက္

ပ်ားလိေမၼာ္သီးတစ္လံုးရဲ႔တန္ဖိုးဟာ ႐ိုး႐ိုးလိေမၼာ္သီး တစ္လံုးထက္ ပို၍ ႀကီးေလ့ရွိပါတယ္။ ပ်ားလိေမၼာ္သီးတစ္လံုး လူတစ္ဦး တစ္ေန႔လိုအကပ္တဲ့ ဗီတာမင္စီဓာတ္ ထက္၀က္ခန္႔ရရွိေစမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

အျခားစီးထရစ္ အက္စစ္ ဓာတ္ပါ၀င္တဲ့ အရည္ရႊမ္းအသီးကဲ့ သို႔ပင္ အသားအေရ စိုေျပေစကာ ခႏၶာကိုယ္ ခုခံအားကို တိုးျမင့္ေစပါတယ္။ေလ့လာသုေတသန ျပဳ ခ်က္မ်ားအရ စီးထရစ္ အသီးမ်ားဟာ ခံတြင္ကင္ဆာ ၊လည္ေခ်ာင္းငကင္ဆာ ႏွင့္ အစာအိမ္ကင္ဆာ မျဖစ္ပြားေအာင္ ကာကြယ္ေပးပါတယ္။

    ပ်ားလိေမၼာ္သီးမ်ားကိုစားတဲ့အခါ အသားဖတ္ေလးမ်ားအေပၚက ျဖဴျဖဴကေလးမ်ားေရာ၊ အမွ်င္ကေလး မ်ားပါ

ဝါးစားသင့္ပါတယ္။၎တို႔အထဲမွာ ေရွာက္သံပရာ မ်ိဳး၀င္မ်ားကဲ့သို႔ပင္ လင္ႏိုလီးနစ္ အက္စစ္လို႔ေခၚတဲ့ဓာတ္တိုးဆန္႔က်င္ ဓာတုပစၥည္းတစ္မ်ိဳး ပါ၀င္တဲ့အတြက္ ကင္ဆာေရာဂါမ်ားကို ကာကြယ္
ေပးႏိုင္တဲပဂုဏ္သတၱိမ်ားရွိျခင္း ျဖစ္ပါတယ္၊။
