It was a long way ahead. That did not really matter as the destination was the place to be. Of eternity. To the fountain of youth. It was said to be the place of "forever." Only that forever was not that an attractive place to be.
The distance traveled so far was a testimony of all that and what could be if forever could indeed be forever.
Stories of life is just that. You yearn for all that never comes to pass.
