Makanan khas bogor ini banyak kita jumpai dibulan ramadhan seperti hal nya kolang kaling atau ceruluk.
Dengan rasa yang uni lebih kenyal dari biasanya..
Memasaknya pun sangat mudah hanya ditumis dengan bumbu merica, bawang putih, bawang merah dan kemiri divariasikan dengan sayuran sesim atau kol dan disiram dengan sambal kacang. Dipadukan dengan gorengan seperti bakwan dan lontong atau buras biasa saya menyebutnya
Warga bogor pasti sudah tau kan cara mengolahnya...
