Weeping is healthful..

Sometimes weeping is healthful,
It ebbs away our sorrows.
Weeping makes our heart pious,
And minds become devoid of sorrows.

We feel ease and pleasure,
Our soul becomes adobe of peace.
Seeing sorrows of others,
Our weeping give them solace and peace.

Truly, saints weep,
When they see others in pain.
Their weeping bring peace,
Their efforts never go in vain.

Thus our envious thoughts,
Automatically ebb away.
The people feel solace and comfort,
And their ill thoughts ebb away.
