Yesterday I was the cook, I decided to make garlic shrimp and oil for family and friends.

After spending almost two hours opening in half and cleaning 2 kg of shrimp I started to fry with my recipe that I will share with you here.

Amounts:

2Kg medium shrimp open in the middle and without gut
2 heads of garlic
2 chilli pepper (piripiri)
2 lemons
1 litle bit of fresh coriander
1 dl of cachaça
2 beers (one for me to drink)
500 ml oil
salt q.s.
Method of preparation

Put 3 frying pans on the heat with oil, add the chopped garlic and let it fry a little until golden.
Add the shrimp and let it fry from one side to the other, until they start to turn transparent, turn away.
Add some cachaça.
Add a little coriander, lemon juice and piripiri open in half and without seeds.
add salt and finish with a little beer to cut the fat.
Serve with a few drops of lemon juice and accompanied with white rice and or Portuguese bread toast.

Everyone at home liked it and repeated it as the pan allowed.

Ontem eu fui o cozinheiro, decidi fazer camarão ao alho e oleo para a familia e amigos.

Depois de passar quase duas horas abrindo ao meio e limpando 2Kg de camarões passei a fritar com a minha receita que aqui vou compartilhar com voçês.

Quantidades:

2Kg camarão médio aberto ao meio e sem tripa
2 cabeças de alho
2 pimenta malagueta (piripiri)
2 limões
1 molho de coentros
1 dl de cachaça
2 cervejas( uma é para eu beber)
500 ml oleo
sal q.b.
Modo de preparo

Colocar 3 frigideiras ao lume com oleo juntar os alhos cortados grosseiramente e deixar fritar um pouco ate alourar.
Juntar os camarões e deixar fritar de um lado ate comecarem a deixar de ficar transparentes, virar para outro lado.
Juntar um pouco de cachaça.
Juntar um pouco de coentros, suco de limão e piripiri aberto ao meio e sem sementes.
adicionar sal e finalizar com um pouco de cerveja para cortar a gordura.
Servir com uns pingos de suco de limão e acompanhado com arroz branco e ou torradas de pão português.

Aqui em casa todos gostaram e repetiram enquanto a panela permitiu.
