Leading and following in an organisation always require actions, exploring, as well as making thibgs happen.
Leadership and followership are words associated with work, action, doing, moving, showing, learning and guiding.

Leading without moving is vain
Leading without showing the way is as well vain,
Leading without teaching something is likewise vain.

One cannot say i am following without mobility, sighting examples,learning, and listening.

Therefore no smart diligent employee should be identified with passiveness or inactivity or half-hearted endeavors.

Alexandre Graham Bell says:

the only difference between success and failure is the ability to take action

Worse than passiveness or inactivity is PROCASTINATION

PROCASTJNATION is an habit of postponing, deferring or delaying issues pr event or program or an agenda, especially something requiring immediate attention.

Simply put:moving what ever work you need to do till tomorrow.

According to PABLO PICASSO:

"Only put off until tomorrow what you are willing to die having left undone"

If you ask me it will be nothing JUST DO IT..
you need to make a post ,, Just do it
You need to invest,, just do it
You need to add values,, just do it
You need to adopt a SYStem ,, just do it
You need enough time on,, just do it
You need to rest ,, just do it.

Tame procastination, JUST DO IT attitude is a powerful tool that determines ones promotion or demotion, elevation or stagnation, increament or decreament , appreciating or depreciating in the workplace,
In an orgarnisation, in your business
Most importantly on STEEMIT.

Followers or clients wants to experience performances not excuses,
If anyone wants to be creditted in kind or cash
Praise or pay ,
Then the person need to deal with PROCASTINATION.
IT Kills vision , it kills careers, it destroys businesses.
Watch, discover how it is affecting you,
Scrutinize among your followers
Among your colleagues be sure none of them work with the mentality of PROCASTINATION.
