Penggugah Selera Makan Siang Hari
Hallo, apa kabarnya di siang hari ini. Proses berjalan ke siang hari memang agak melelahkan. Apalagi panas terik mentari yang dengan garangnya menyinari permukaan bumi.
Menjelang makan siang ini, aku ingin sedikit berbagi tentang makanan yang mungkin bisa menjadi pertimbangan untuk menu siang hari.
Ikan Panggang. Yaa ikan panggang adalah menu yang bisa dipertimbangkan untuk anda santap di siang hari ini.
Selain rasanya yang memang maknyus, ikan panggang ini juga banyak mengandung protein yang di butuhkan tubuh. Bukan berarti kalau tidak di panggang protein nya hilang.
Artinya, dalam proses memanggang, bahan yang di gunakan adalah rempah-rempah yang tidak mengandung minyak. Jadi buat anda yang mempunyai kolesterol, ikan panggang ini bisa menjadi pilihan.
