How many have tried boiling the broken eggs?
The very practice of breaking the eggs into the gravy was my grandfather's favorite.
Whenever Mom and Dad left me home with Grandpa, he prepared egg curry in below style.
It looks beautiful and believe me it's of great taste. Eggs ar3 soaked and cooked in boiling Masala.
This style of breaking eggs into curry allows the flavor to fuse into eggs.
I tried it in my kitchen. The best part of it is a bachelor friendly
- takes less effort
- takes less time
- tastes great 😋
