Away from Bangalore, the south Indian Marriage will have this sweet in common
Laddu or Laadu
The most common and widely liked sweet in South Indian Marriage. This sweet is made in special 2 stage preparation.
Lentils powdered dough is made into small balls (like homeopathy tab 😁)
5hese smalls balls are fried. After the fry, they are dipped in sugar syrup.
Once the balls are little dried and sticky coz of sugar coat, they prepare larger balls (size of golf ball) called Laddu.
Got a chance to eat them after long time in a marriage ☺️☺️
