Guardiola Relax about the New Contract

Pep Guardiola's contract with Manchester City is now only a year away. Guardiola sure will hold talks, but after the season ends.

Guardiola came to City in the summer of 2016 with a three-year contract. After no title in his first season, this season the Catalunya manager led his team to win the Premier League and the English League Cup.

The 47-year-old man's season will undergo the final year of his contract. The situation could pose a threat of interest from other big clubs, considering the quality that Guardiola has.

But Guardiola sure will talk to the club, with a relaxed and calm. He insisted that a year's time is still more than enough to talk about cooperation.

"I have one more year ahead of my season, I want to finish the season well and then we can talk about what we have to do next season, in terms of those who will survive or bring in new players," he said.
