If learning were such that there is no drudgery, no jail, no boredom, and the awareness is that this learning is such that it is fun, exciting and meaningful, and that time is a living one, giving back more monetary value to the young, then live the young people also in a palace :D
You have to learn first, and fun, excitement and meaning is reward enough. I am sure the monetary gain will come when you have earned it. :-D
