In my opinion those arabics, indias, and part of indonesians cuisin are almost the great tasted, because the receipe comes from a source. The main things included is also similiar like chicken, mutton, beef, fish, and rice. Seasoning included like garlic, onion, Chili, peppers, and so on.. Am I alright?

About food, am not sure about Indonesian cuisine but Indian and Pakistani food is relatively more spicy and less healthy as compared to Arabic food, I would prefer Arabic food over Indian food anyday. Those are nuts and snacks and meat and some nice rice
