Banyak dari mereka kurang memahami, contohnya saja seperti rambu - rambu lalu lintas. Masih banyak pelajar yang tidak mengerti. Pemahaman inilah yang harus disosialisasikan agar semua aspek masyarakat mengerti dan paham tentang aturan dalam berkendara. Tujuannya agar kita selamat dan tethindar dari kecelakaan saat berkendara.
