Frustasi adalah seseorang yang mengalami rasa kecewa saat apa yang di inginkan tidak tercapai.
Contohnya : seorang siswa yang ingin mendapatkan ranking 1 di sekolahnya, tapi pada akhirnya dia tidak mendapatkan ranking 1. Dalam hal ini akan membuat dia kecewa
perasaan kecewa memang umum di alami setiap orang. Tetapi apabila rasa kecewa yang selalu larut dalam kesedihan, hal ini akan membuat seseorang mengalami frustasi
