Government, giving input to the government in the effort of empowering farmer society in rural by not neglecting role of agriculture extension in improving farmer knowledge in doing farming business.

it also gives criticism and suggestions about the role of agricultural extension workers in guiding farmers to conduct farming, especially in rice farming.
