Bananas with crunchy chocolate glaze

Products:
4 bananas
2 chocolate cookies

Preparation:
The chocolate melts in a water bath. Stir continuously so that no lumps remain. Bananas are cut into equal sized pieces as the edges are removed to allow the bananas to stand in the tray. Once the chocolate is completely melted, remove it from the hot plate and wait a while for it to be not too hot.

Each piece of banana is soaked in chocolate, then placed in a suitable tray. Leave them in the refrigerator for several hours to tighten chocolate. This makes it crisp, and the combination with bananas is irresistible.
