Cah sayuran sehat
Bahan :
1 brokoli
5 jagung muda
1bgkus kacang kapri
1 wortel
1 paprika merah
2 batang daun bawang
1 sdm saus tiram
1 sdm kaldu jamur
1 sdm kecap asin
1/2sdt lada hitam bubuk
1 sdm tpg maizena
(larutkan dgn 1sdm air)
1 telur, kocok lepas
Bumbu ;
3 bwg putih, cacah kasar
1 bwg bombay,iris panjang
1cm jahe geprek
CARA MASAK
Tumis bawang putih ,bombay dan jahe geprek sampai harum
Beri air 1/2 gelas, beri telur yg sdh d kocok, saus tiram, kecap asin, lada hitam bbk, kaldu jamur lalu koreksi rasa
masukan sayuran awal wortel, jagung muda, kacang kapri, brokoli, paprika, daun bawang
Terakhir masukan tepung maizena yg sdh d larutkan dgn 1sdm air
Masak sampai mengental..
