Myanmar twelve auspicious ceremonies

Myanmar love auspicious occasion. Myanmar have 12 auspicious occasions throughout their life. Mingala or auspicious occasion means joyous, delighted, prosperous, successful time. It is a grace, in other words. When Myanmar meet one another they greet among them Mingalaba. The following are the twelve auspicious ceremonies to be held by Myanmar

မဂၤလာအခမ္​းအနားမ်ား
ျမန္​မာတို႔သည္​ မဂၤလာအခ်ိန္​အခါကို အလြန္​ႏွစ္​သက္​ၾကသည္​။ ျမန္​မာတို႔၏ ဘဝတစ္​သက္​တာတြင္​ ျပဳလုပ္​ႏိုင္​​ေသာ မဂၤလာ ၁၂ ခန္​း႐ွိသည္​။ မဂၤလာဆိုသည္​မွာ ​ေပ်ာ္​ရႊင္​စရာ​ေကာင္​း​ေသာ၊ စိတ္​ၾကည္​ႏူးစရာ​ေကာင္​း​ေသာ၊ စိတ္​ဆင္​းရဲစရာမ်ား ကင္​း​ေဝး​ေသာအခ်ိန္​၊ ​ေအာင္​ျမင္​မႈမ်ား ရ႐ွိ​ေသာအခ်ိန္​ကို မဂၤလာ႐ွိ​ေသာ အခ်ိန္​ဟု ဆိုၾက၏။ မဂၤလာဆိုသည္​မွာ က်က္​သ​ေရရွိျခင္​းျဖစ္​၏။ ျမန္​မာတို႔အခ်င္​းခ်င္​း ​ေတြ႔ဆုံၾက​ေသာ အခါမ်ားတြင္​ ``မဂၤလာပါ ´´ဟုပင္​ ႏႈတ္​ဆက္​ၾကသည္​။ ျမန္​မာတို႔က်င္​းပ​ေသာ မဂၤလာ (၁၂) ခန္​းမွာ ​ေအာက္​ပါအတိုင္​းျဖစ္​ပါသည္​။

1. The conception ceremony.
2. The birth ceremony.
3. The shampooing ceremony.
4. The head shaving ceremony.
5. The cradle putting ceremony.
6. The name giving ceremony.
7. The garment giving ceremony.
8. The rice spooning ceremony.
9. The hair knotting ceremony.
10. The ear-boring ceremony.
11. The novitiation ceremony.
12. The wedding ceremony.

    ၅။ ပုခက္​တင္​ မဂၤလာ ၊
    ၆။ အမည္​​ေပး မဂၤလာ ၊
    ၇။ အဝတ္​အစားဆင္​ မဂၤလာ ၊
    ၈။ ထမင္​းခြံ႔ မဂၤလာ ၊
    ၉။ ဆံပင္​ထုံးသည္​့ မဂၤလာ ၊
    ၁၀။ နားထြင္​း မဂၤလာ ၊
    ၁၁။ ႐ွင္​ျပဳ မဂၤလာ ၊
    ၁၂။ လက္​ထပ္​ မဂၤလာ ၊
    Of the above said twelve ceremonies, the shampooing, the name giving, the ear-boring, the novitiation and the wedding ceremonies are held as the most important occasions.
    ထိုမဂၤလာ (၁၂) ပါးတြင္​ ကင္​းပြန္​းတပ္​ ​ေခါင္​း​ေဆးမဂၤလာ၊ အမည္​​ေပး မဂၤလာ၊ နားထြင္​း မဂၤလာ၊ ႐ွင္​ျပဳမဂၤလာႏွင္​့ လက္​ထပ္​မဂၤလာတို႔ကို အ​ေလးအနက္​ထားျပဳလုပ္​ၾကသည္​။
