Great Wall of China is a building that entered the category of 7 wonders of the world in 1997. The wall that has the name of the Wall of 10,000 Li is the longest building ever made by humans during the Qing Dynasty with a total length of 8,850 km wall.

The wall was built on the orders of the first Chinese Emperor Qin Shi Huang, to protect the Chinese Empire. It took decades from 220 - 206 BC to complete this gigantic wall. Laolongtou Shanhaiguan or Shanhai Pass is located near Qinhunangdao City, 300 kilometers east of Beijing. Shanhai Pass extends 5 kilometers, empties into the open sea. The name Laolongtou is given because the end of this wall resembles a long dragon whose head is engulfed in seawater. Visitors can climb to the top of the wall and see the panoramic view of the open sea, also visit the observation tower and a temple on it.

But apparently, not entirely the Laolongtou section is the original building. Citing the Planet Amusing site, in July 1905 Japanese soldiers landed at the Shanhai Pass. They bombard the area, destroying some sides of this wall. Friends of what stands now is the Chinese government's attempt to make a replica of the original building. Luolongtou is divided into seven parts namely Estuary Stone City, Chenghai Tower, Nereus Temple, Jinglu Beacon Tower, Nanhaikou Pass, Ningchai City, and Binhai Walls. . The two favorite places are the Changtai Tower and Nereus Temple perched on it.

Changtai Tower is a two-story building with wooden and brick foundations, serving as a monitoring tower. Nereus Temple is famous for being visited by Emperors during the Qing Dynasty. The temple is where they pray to their ancestors before continuing their journey to the northeast of China.
