Great health advice @moderndayhippie, Im going to try and take care of my body better, I do like binge drinking every now and then but as Im getting older it's hard for my friends who gotten kids and such to keep up with my crazy parties, so instead of getting new younger "party friends", I have slowed down and I guess that is probably really good for my health... Had a good older friend die of liver cirrhosis, very sad, I really don't want to die like that...
