Food Photography - Avocado Egg Salad with Honey Lemon Vinaigrette Dressing

Today for @juliank's foodphotography I am sharing my avocado egg salad especially my homemade honey lemon vinaigrette dressing.

The ingredients Apple Cider vinegar, pure olive oil, raw honey, salt, lemon and pepper(not in the picture)

Just add to your taste in a bottle or bowl. In a bottle when all are in just give a good shake, if in a bowl you have to whisk it hard so I prefer a bottle.

This is how it looks after shaking. I put 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/4 apple cider vinegar, a pinch of salt and pepper, squeezed some lemon juice and 2 tablespoon of honey. I tasted after shaking and added a little more of honey for taste.

Poured over my avocado egg salad which had tomatoes and cucumber with a little red onions. I also added some pineapple tidbits.

Very filling and healthy.
