In a previous publicación I was able to tell you a little about what this great initiative that Milosz Matuschek has brought to each and every one of the lovers of the world of Criptomoney and Block Chains was all about.

I found this extraordinary initiative extremely interesting, so I set out to find out more about it. I was able to read an interview with Mr. Milosz M. who, with very fresh and accurate answers, was able to answer a series of very well structured questions.

Milosz, would you like to introduce yourself to the readers?

I am Milosz Matuschek, a lawyer specializing in intellectual and industrial property. After several years of teaching and research at the Sorbonne in Paris, I founded Eternitas.io in mid 2017.

Milosz answered that question, so we already know who this Knight is, we know that he is a successful Lawyer and Leader of his own "Eternitas" project.

What does Eternitas do?

With Eternitas, we want to radically simplify the execution of wills and the administration of estates and also make it faster, safer and more profitable.

The problem we have been working on since wills arose: if you die, you can no longer transfer property yourself and are dependent on a third party - the executor - unless you want to leave this activity in the hands of the heirs themselves. But there is no guarantee that the last will and testament will be followed.

With our solution, each testamentary becomes his own executor. Therefore, we offer control over assets beyond death. Hence our motto: "The code is life".

This means that with this platform people who purchase a contract with Eternitas.io will have the assurance that their last wishes will be respected and best of all there will be no third party intervention when verifying the wishes set forth in that will.

What makes you unique, especially compared to your competitors?

We want to put the subject of property management on a completely new basis and adapt it to the possibilities of the 21st century.

We have seen this in the financial sector with Roboadvisors, but in online banking for quite some time. With our solution, everyone should be able to create for themselves a legally valid will (using legally verified templates, dispute avoidance tips and tax optimization), store it securely and easily find it and finally be able to execute it for themselves through intelligent contracts.

Instead of a lawyer, notary or best friend, a decentralized network helps. For our use case, we are among the first start-ups in Europe in the field of legal technology and chain blocks.

Milosz tells us with this answer that now you will be more convenient and viable in terms of security and speed of execution of the claims of wills. So this means that it will no longer require a lawyer, guarantor or external agent, but rather a decentralized chain of blocks legal and secure.

How do you think Blockchain technology will change the future?

The block chain is a structural technology, so it will fundamentally change the structures and the way transactions are conducted today. The last accounting innovation we had was in the Renaissance, when double-entry accounting was introduced; now we have a kind of triple-entry accounting with the block chain.

Such leaps in technology are extremely rare when you look at history. The legal field is traditionally timid when it comes to new technologies, so there are still some treasures to discover here.

Let me give you a simple example, where I see the potential in the legal area: if you sell your bicycle to someone today but don't deliver it yet, you can transfer the same bicycle to someone else tomorrow.

These transactions - as long as they are done virtually with symbolic objects - can be blocked programmatically in intelligent contracts, with an enormous added value of legal certainty.

The Blockchain revolutionizes the problem of "trust" and will write the legal history, of that I have no doubt. Several companies are already working on this kind of solutions, in which arbitration in case of conflict is also resolved in the chain of blocks and, therefore, can also have legal validity. A real dusting programme for the boring subject of the law.

As Mr. Milosz has said, the Block Chain is a structural technology, so it lends a great deal of confidence in terms of security and transaction performance. The Block Chains have returned the "trust" so many to corporations, companies and natural and legal persons as far as formalities and encrypted transactions are concerned. The future belongs to the Block Chain Technologies and based on them will emerge a world of innovations, technological developments and free markets that will interconnect from anywhere in the world. So I feel that the launch of Eternitas is only the look into the future and what will be the development of new technological proposals for the growth and development of human interrelationships.
