What happened with ETH? Good price to buy?

On Thursday, the SEC declared that ETH is not a security, therefore its price is determined from the fully decentralized market, therefore it should not be regulated. This has made investors in this cryptocurrency create even more in the project and manage to increase the price.

My best decision is to wait for the pullback and buy at that price.
