Ethereum: Massive H&S forming to the upside?

Hey guys,

So it looks like ETH (along with other cryptocurrencies) continues to rise today.

Looking at the graph today I was wondering whether a massive H&S is forming, as per below. So at the moment the left shoulder has formed and the head is in progress. If the trend continues ETH could come back down at around the $900 mark to approximately $600. From there it could go back to beyond $1000 perhaps. Beyond there I'd imagine that the last ATH of $1,400 will be a big resistance.
