Globalization will continue to gather pace. There is no doubt about it. Global economies will be more interlinked than ever.
As such its imperative the shipping industry, a flagship of an ever more globalised world, will take steps to become increasingly efficient and secure more than ever before.
True, every aspect of the shipping industry is more important than ever before as shipping plays a critical role in every supply chain, and because of globalization, any given supply chain can twine through a dozen countries.
