These are the observation what I saw on ethx.in

Price is always high as compared to Koinex (5–7 k more).
The difference between selling price and buying price is huge.
The price does not keeps in sync with the market fluctuations as compared to Coinmarketcap.
They have increased the transaction fees which is more than Koinex now.
So what I would suggest is to get someone who you know has an active Koinex account and trade using that.

Apply for Koinex and wait for its KYC process to complete.
