Gibraltar is a well known tax haven, so it'll be interesting to see how it goes for these guys and why they chose that location.

GBX is a subsidary of GSX (Gibraltar Stock Exchange) based in Gibraltar offcourse.
In order to have a fully regulated blockchain exchange they need to function according to the frameworks set by the government which come into effect from 1st of JAN 2018.
Regarding Tax Haven, well I was curious but looks like since Gibraltar being such a small jurisdiction, companies can influence the legislation and get favourable laws passed.
