ETHEREUM NAME SERVICE…ENS INVESTMENT IDEA.
The ENS is something I find quite interesting as an investor. If someone was planning to hold onto their Ether for 1 year or longer, creating a new wallet and registering a domain or a few might be an ideal situation that could pay some serious dividends depending on the name. Understand, like the DNS, the internet domain service, the ENS has the same potential and MORE THAN LIKELY MORE when you factor in the decentralization of Ethereum. I am going to assume you have a basic understanding of etheruem and the ENS, and would like to inform the new users to take the opportunity to review that info. A few of my friends sold or are still renting their domains for some serious cash…. WHY…. BECAUSE THEY WERE THE FIRST TO BUY ….UNDERSTAND IF YOU ARE READING THIS, YOU ARE STILL CONSIDERED FIRST. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE EARLY TIMES…. Cheap prices and never ending opportunities.
With only 135,000 names registered, believe me that number will be in the BILLIONS one day…WHY…because with 5 million addresses already registered in ** YEARS… THOSE ARE SIMILAR TO FACEBOOK NUMBERS FROM MY POST BELOW.**
Understand you are early and take of advantage of your position. NOW, I’m not saying go buy 1000 names and squat…but some already are. I’m saying think or research some potential valuable domain names and buy a few and let your ETHER potentially make you some serious extra money as it sits. The creators of the ENS, understood this would happen and that’s why at this point you can only register 7 letter names and longer. This could be something worth the research. Thanks
