Now weather is a hacker move or inside trading it was a smart move for profit who benefited is yet to be known.

Apparently its only affecting user who issued API on there accounts Furthermore binance has confirmed the issue comes from the API via Third party tools an is not a direct compromise issue (there users compromise not binance) all funds are safe for now.

Well as a no1 rule from day one is to never keep funds on an centralize exchange for long periods of times that we cannot afford to lose its the golden rules we tend to get comfortable with Exchanges holding our crypto like the same ways centralize banks holds our fiat but always remember who holds the private keys holds the bag crypto bag that is.
