Today I want to share some quality tips for gaining muscle. These tips are really only for skinny kids who really want to gain weight. We know what it's like to eat all the time and feel like we can't teach anything. Or on the contrary, let everyone tell you how lucky you are to be able to eat everything and not get fat. These people don't understand that for skinny kids not being able to get fat is more of a curse than a blessing.

Don't ever say I've tried everything and nothing works. This is the biggest lie you can tell yourselves. At best, you may have tried a couple of things but believe us, you've never followed good advice.


Train less than an hour: Continue with the usual exercise program of your gym but do not exceed 1 hour of training. Be clear that it is more important to focus on maintaining a high intensity than never to stop working the muscles. Focus on keeping your rest periods to at least one minute and limit small chats with the other members of the gym.

Make eating a habit: In order to gain weight you must focus and make us aware of making eating a habit rather than something additional to training. Focus on eating separate meals of more than 500 calories every 2 hours to keep your metabolism constantly working and building muscle.


Unless you are making great progress in your workouts, we suggest you change the interval of repetitions every 3 weeks to avoid stagnation. Changing the range of repetitions will make your body adapt to the new stress and make it gain weight in muscle.
