When you acquire a training habit, it is very difficult for you to leave it. Go to the gym or run cold, rain, snow or have a cold. If this happens, exercise goes from being an obligation to a distraction. And you feel the need to do cold sports even if the conditions are not the most suitable.

When this happens, I'm sure that more than once your partner and friends have told you to take care of yourself and that for a day that you do not do sports, nothing will happen to you.

In principle, nothing happens if you play sports with nasal congestion or a small cold. However, you have to be more attentive to the response of your body and take into account certain risk situations.

On the other hand, sports cold, and also with fever is not recommended. Exercise could affect your body and make your health worse. Wait until the fever goes down to return with your training. The sport is good, but in moderation.

Exercise has countless health benefits, even when you have a cold.

However, if you are a little delicate neck, maybe you should rest and regain strength to continue with your training routine when you are better.
