That sounds pretty impressive! And I nearly choked on laughter imagining you flying cartoonishly off the back of the treadmill if you couldn't keep the pace up, that would have been hilarious (for other people) XD

Thanks Ryi. I don't know if it's actually impressive... but it was really hard and I was pretty proud.
I did actually chuckle about this as I was running… which ironically nearly made lose balance... but I was secretly hoping that if I did get flung off, it'd be into one of those massive beefy guys with all the biceps and none of the leg muscles... of which there are many at this gym.
I thought it was pretty impressive XP
