Regenerative run

I just finished a 5.971km running that lasted about 0hh:31mm:1ss !

Following my weekly running plan, we completed 30 minutes of comfortable and regenerative run at a pace not faster than 5'/km. Then, some soft stretching and good meal have completed the day.

The aim of this session is to recover from the past long run of the weekend, releasing tensions, while preparing for tomorrow's harder workout...
My blister is burning like hell... I hope it heals in short time because it is painfull...

The weather forecast for tomorrow is terrific, it seems that hard storms are coming so, let's see if we can do the workout...
