If it's a private company operating or if the US and wants to be treated as such worldwide let's apply private rules against it including taxing it for revenues it collects which should include a revenue per account registration, since they do share that information with 3rd parties, enforce it to have an active office with designated in charge in each country it operates, enforce it to register their parents in each country they operate in, that'll be a good counter measure to US crazy trade warfare on everybody else, and dying forget streaming videos, posting images, and any content from any country to be taxed. Or otherwise, deal with it as it is and allow courts to try it for all the reasons they want.
