Factory case

The case is described as a mishap in which precious raw material is spilled and wasted. The incident occurred due to alleged human error of the operators who disconnected the fluid level detector.

In my opinion, the activists should be punished, but there are also other people who are guilty of the case.

First, it is clear that the main mistake is that of the operators who decided to disconnect the detector on their own. If they had asked the authority of Rama in charge there might have been another solution. Moreover, it is clear that if the procedures were more clearly embedded in such scenarios (a case of false alarms), the case would have been avoided, and therefore the factory managers would be held liable.

My recommendation is to investigate the incident and learn lessons from the conduct of the operators and managers. Investigations may also find faults in the detector manufacturing company, as it is also directly responsible for the fault in the detector.
