Why do we let them get away with what they do?

What has your experience been in dealing with the pathetic people in power that help rip apart families for profit?

I've had my fair share of dealing with these lawyers and judges and its time to start calling them out on their bullshit.

My last round through family courts in the St. Louis County of Minnesota Judge Mark M. Starr out of Hibbing MN has been seeing over my custody situation where many red flags of parental alienation and abuse of the system are going on. Hundreds of pages of evidence submitted that have been totally ignored. I was harassed from Mark my last court appearance that was a custody matter and he felt I should have to pay more child support and dismissed my reasons for feeling that paying a $38.00 an hour fee for being a visitor to my child being ridiculous and no way shape or form benefiting my children. I also explained how using a center that was free would help use this extra money being wasted on a 3rd party service to start chipping away at my back pay of child support - yet he still felt it appropriate to use the time that should of been spent on my child's custody situation to criticize my court order monthly CS amount. EVERY TIME I've ever addressed a custody issue in a child support court hearing they've ALWAYS told me that they have no interest in that matter and to take it up in family courts.

After that court I had filed an affidavit to have transcripts from my past 2 hearing to show the biased treatment/harassment and obvious ignoring of anything I filed and I found out today that it was denied. It looks like I'm going to have to fork over $550.00 for maybe 200 pages of paper and ink as the courts wouldn't grant my reasons for filing an IFP for the fee to be waived. I feel like the Judge just doesn't want to make it easier to show he should probably step down..

"In addition, his active involvement in the Hibbing community serve him well as a judge." - This is surely not the case for Mark as of lately if you refer back to the photo at the top of this #blog post..
