this scene in movies gives me the goosebumps every time, i can't wrap my head around what the experience must be like - i'd imagine 10x that of large carriers. My first flying experience, on board the BA Boeing 747 London bound from Gaborone, en-route to Ottawa - was mind-blowing! The year is 1996. At 22, I'm setting out to study in Halifax, Canada. Thank you guys...i learnt and experienced so much through school (educational tours of US) and sports (lots of travels with school team, including trans Atlantic trip to England - yo!).
