A Visit To The Pumpkin Patch
One of the things I love about looking after the grandchildren is we get to do stuff that we wouldn't normally do.
Today was no exception.
The weather was good so we took ourselves off to the
Local Pumpkin Patch
I was expecting to go to a farm but I really liked the fact that the pumpkins had been planted in an urban area. There were
Pumpkins and squashes and gourds as far as the eye could see
We had
Two Little Boys In The Pumpkin Patch
One of which made a
Witch's Broom
So we could fly home fast for tea. 😁

Pumpkin soup is one of my absolute favourites, so I really love this time of year! Victoria's parents grow pumpkins out at their countryside, so that should keep me satisfied until Christmas :)

I'm not sure about pumpkin soup. I must have eaten it but I don't remember it particularly. 😁
Nice .... don't fly that witch broom on an empty stomach. Make sure you have a nice slice of pumpkin pie first :)
Pumpkin pie is not big here. I haven't seen any in the shops yet but no doubt there will be some. I prefer pecan pie myself.

It would seem you founds ome nice pumpkins! Those little white ones are starting to become more common here, but orange is still very dominant. That looks like a fun day out!
It was a wonderful "day" out @fotosdenada and I took some may photographs my phone is now full! 😱
I got a bit carried away as there were some different varieties.
