Sick Baby

Hi Steemit friends,

Ive missed you, baby boy catched a cold a few days ago and had been sick. Let me tell you having a sick baby is hard, no sleep, constantly worrying about them and checking on their temperature. It is exusting and emotionally draining having to see your baby be so sick and not being able to do much to help them.

From the moment you find out you are expecting you want to do everything in your power to protect them. Even though you don't have them in your arms yet, you love them more then you ever could have possibly known.

Even though you try your best at keeping them safe and away from germs and sick people to avoid them from catching something. It still happens and thats just life and it was bound to happen at one point right. And putting him in a plastic bubble to keep him away from all bad things it had crossed my mind before haha.

The worst feeling is seeing them go through a hard time and not being able to do much about it. I would take any bad thing in his life if it were possible just to not see him suffer. You love them so much it hurts, the good thing is that there is always light at the end of any tunnel and his is doing much better. I hope you all had a fun and better weekend then I did because I ended up catching babies cooties and was sick all weekend as well which only made taking care of him harder.

You turn into Wonder Woman when you have a baby and you are both sick you just brush your sickness aside and focus on them first.
